When you create an account on Woostify, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our service or a third-party service. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
All content found on our website and throughout our products including images, documentation, support queries and any other information is our property and may not be redistributed without permission or consent.
We reserve the right, at any time, to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, support or any of our products with or without notice. Prices of all products are subject to change. Notice of price changes will be made on the site.
All products are sold as automatically recurring subscriptions that renew every year on the anniversary of the purchase date. This is applicable for all paid themes unless the ones that come with a lifetime license which do not require renewals.
All customers who purchases our product is provided with a license key that is required to unlock benefits such as automatic updates, support from our developers and other benefits our product offered. You are free to use it on your own website or on websites of your customers if the website is made by you. However, sharing the license key with any third party is not allowed.
All Woostify themes and their source code available for download on this website are licensed under the GNU General Public License (http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html) version 2.0 or later.
There are 3 types of licence for you to choose from: Personal, Ultimate and Lifetime.
- Woostify Personal, applied for 1 site only, offers 1 year of update and support
- Woostify Ultimate, applied for unlimited sites, offer 1 year of update and support
- Woostify Lifetime, applied for unlimited sites, offer lifetime update and support
In addition to the benefits above, all of Woostify licences provide users with all starter sites, Woostify Pro addons and the ticket & live chat support.
You may not provide access to the installation of our products as a hosting service provider or a reseller, and you may not provide to others as part of a “Software As-a-Service” (SaaS). You may not bundle it and resell it as a commercial, off the shelf, license or product.
After your payment has been processed successfully, you will receive an email with your order details and other purchase information. Your license key will be made available in your account area along with your downloads. You can download the product by logging into the account created for you when purchasing the plugin and clicking on the appropriate link.
Should you not receive an email containing your information, you can take a look at the purchase history in your account on our store.
Access to re-download purchased files will be granted so long as your license key is valid. If a license key expires, download access to the associated files will be discontinued until such time as the license key is renewed.
Updates are included in all licenses as shown in the “Licenses” part above. If you have a valid and active license key, updates will be delivered automatically from the WordPress dashboard.
For users of Woostify Free, we provide a basic level of support which is provided via our email ticketing system and includes the following:
- Answering questions about Woostify features and functions
- Responding to any bugs you may have found in the theme
Customers who purchase Woostify Pro will be also given support via our email ticketing system. When creating a support ticket, the user is required to enter the license code for the theme pro in the form. After the license expired, users must renew their license in order to continue receiving support
Whilst we respond to questions about the paid theme before questions from free users, the level of support for both of them is equal.
Support is provided as long as our products are actively in development. Should any one of the following occur, we will no longer be responsible for providing support for our products:
- Woostify and the whole project is officially shut down.
- WordPress or/ and WooCommerce is no longer actively developed.
Although, we attempt to provide the support service as good as possible, we do not guarantee that any particular support query can be answered to the extent, or within a timeframe that the inquirer is completely satisfied.
We firmly believe in the quality of our products and services, but we understand that it might not work perfectly for everyone all of the time. If you are unhappy with your purchase, or you have an issue that we are unable to resolve that makes the system unusable, or feel that our product is not working as expected, you can request a refund using a support ticket under these conditions:
- We will process your refund as soon as possible. In some cases, we might even offer to resolve an issue for you.
- No refund will be granted after the first 14 days of the original purchase.
- Refund periods are based on the first purchase date. If you have purchased and requested a refund in the past, the 14 days are from the first purchase, not the repurchase date.
- No refund will be granted on license renewal payments.
- By requesting and receiving a refund, you relinquish all ownership of your license and agree to cease the use of the product immediately.
We allow you to receive rewards for any purchases made through your referral. In such a case, you shall be entitled to payments in the scope determined by us from time to time.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify you by posting an announcement on our website or fanpage. You shall be responsible for reviewing and becoming familiar with any such modifications.
By continuing to access or use our products and services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using our products and services.
